As part of the spring series of UCD's Centre for Irish Towns' Talking Towns webinar, our May session on Thursday 29th will focus on Activation of Vacant Spaces: Castleblayney, with a theme of activation of vacant spaces, the role of community engagement and the effect reusing vacant spaces can have for the town.

We will be joined by Annemarie McHugh, chairperson of the Castleblayney Town team, Laurence Lord, architect AP+E and Senior Lecturer at Queens University Belfast, and Deirdriu McQuaid, County Librarian and Head of Cultural Services at Monaghan County Council.
