ABC Culture Conference is a new annual meeting of minds. The inaugural conference in 2023 will examine The New Cultural Geography of Smaller Places. This event will explore the relationship between creative process and place in small cities and rural regions like ours, hearing from a range of speakers who are working in inspirational ways across the UK, Ireland and Europe.
We invite artists, activists, civic leaders, politicians, academics, and creative thinkers from far and near to join us in celebration, and to learn and exchange ideas. Taking place at Market Place Theatre & Arts Centre in Armagh City on 1st February 2023, the event will coincide with Imbolc – the first day of the Celtic spring calendar, which brings promise of renewal and rebirth after long winters.
