St. Comgall’s is a Grade B1 Listed former school dating from 1932 and was designed by R.S Wilshere. The building had lain derelict, vandalised and overgrown with vegetation for many years prior to its restoration and its extreme state of dilapidation posed many technical and logistical challenges for the conservation team who brought this building back to its former glory. This building tour will be delivered by Bill McAllister from Hall Black Douglas Architects.

Part of European Heritage Open Days 2024.
