Originally known as Carswell’s Buildings, this five-storey 1895 red brick warehouse is a surviving artefact of Belfast city centre’s industrious and commercial core. The building has catered for various uses over its 125-year history; however, had fallen into a state of disrepair. The restoration of the building began in 2021 with an emphasis on retaining, repairing, and enhancing many original features. This building tour will be delivered by Paul Elliot and Richard Reid from Angus Properties.
