Brass Waterbed begins as a reconstruction, from memory, of every bedroom the artist has lived in.
Presented as a two-channel video installation, it explores memory, housing and the limits of representation.
Tadhg Ó Cuirrín reveals how the structures around us shape experience, and how memory can both reveal and obscure. Working across painting and digital media, the Galway-based artist approaches autobiography as a reflection on wider social frameworks.
