The Dublin Suburbs and County volume of the Buildings of Ireland series will be the seventh to be published. It will cover those parts of Dublin City omitted from Christine Casey’s 2005 Dublin volume (i.e. Dublin City outside the canals) and the balance of the county including the administrative areas of Dun Laoghaire/Rathdown, Fingal and South Dublin. In this illustrated talk, the volume's authors Brendan Grimes and Colm O’Brien will give an update on progress and an insight into the volume's contents.
The Irish Architectural Archive was established in 1976 to collect and preserve material of every kind relating to the architecture of the entire island of Ireland, and make it available to the public.
