Join us for an insightful workshop that brings together built environment & housing practitioners in Ireland & Europe, students, student leaders and student unions representing five third level institutes in Dublin.
The Union of Students in Ireland (USI) published its submission to the Government’s Review of the Private Residential Sector, arguing that issues relating to the availability and affordability of housing “seriously and negatively affect the student experience in Ireland” . The DDPA is keen to support the formulation of a fair and ethical housing policy in Ireland, particularly in relation to student housing in Dublin.

Organiser

Dublin Democratic Planning Alliance

About The Dublin Democratic Planning Alliance is a voluntary community of +75 civic groups calling for a return to planning and housing policies that put the citizen at their centre. Acting as a voice for the shared problems of communities with regard to housing, building and planning, we share our knowledge of planning policy with a wider audience, in the search for understanding and fact-based solutions. We believe in the principle of Subsidiarity, a core value of the European Union.
