This free workshop is designed and delivered by John Broderick, counselling psychologist, in association with People Dimensions International. The workshop is now fully booked.

As COVID-19 restrictions continue to be extended and we face into the second year of remote working we all need to take time to manage our mental health and well-being. The Irish Architects Benevolent Society (IABS) is reaching out to everyone in the architectural community who feels they would benefit from support and assistance at this time by providing free access to a specially designed two-hour workshop.

John Broderick will present several strategies designed to manage emotional overload and protect your mental health and well-being. The workshop will provide inputs and insights from psychological science on how to recognise stress, regulate your emotional states and maintain energy and focus. Utilising personal reflection, group discussions, comments, questions and answers, the workshop will provide you with a set of skills and strategies that will help you stay healthy and productive during these difficult and challenging times.

Event Format
Booking is essential and will be done on a first-come first served basis. Maximum capacity for the event is 25 and the IABS will run more workshops according to demand. If you cannot make this workshop but would like to attend another, please let us know at cpd@riai.ie.

Once you register, the CPD section will forward you a Zoom link and an access code to join the Webinar, at the specified time and date. Note: This link should not be shared with others; it is unique to you. Before joining, be sure to check your system requirements to avoid any connection issues.
