As part of Irish Design Week 2025, the French Embassy in Ireland presents A Journey Through Notre-Dame de Paris — Tabula, a celebration of French creativity, design, and digital innovation – in Dublin, Limerick and Cork from 17 to 21 November.
Centred on the creation of the new visual identity of Notre-Dame de Paris, developed by French designer Laurent Ungerer and his studio c-album, this special programme explores how design, heritage and technology intersect in the rebirth of one of the world’s most iconic monuments.

Join us on a captivating voyage through the history and rebirth of Notre Dame de Paris. The programme features immersive walk-talks, round table discussions, networking events and a VR experience.
It tours in Dublin, Limerick and Cork.

Designers Laurent Ungerer and Raphael John present TABULA, a walk-talk exploring the creative process behind the new visual identity of Notre-Dame de Paris. Over the course of one hour, each tour hosts around 20 participants, who move through three themed tables in the beautiful surroundings of the Book of Kells and the Old Library. Each table focuses on different aspects of Notre-Dame’s new visual identity.

Bringing together master craftspeople, conservators, and educators, INStone is recognised internationally for its world-class stone sculpture and conservation work both nationally and internationally.
