Lecture – Tom Johnson House

The first public sector pathfinder deep retrofit, with the objective of becoming an exemplar, energy efficient refurbishment for the 1970’s office building in Beggars Bush, Dublin 4. significant upgrade to the building thermal fabric and overall energy use, with a proposed energy reduction of 75-85%. Including repairs to façade, formation of central glazed atrium and feature staircase for the OPW and the Department of the Environment, Climate and Communications.
