The Reimagine Café is a community space for all those involved in placemaking and reimagining their built environment, meeting one Tuesday a month. This event will be themed City Parks, inviting us to look at how spaces within our cities can function as places for nature, recreation, and wellbeing.

We will hear from Deirdre Prince, Executive Landscape Architect with Dublin City Council, who will speak about the newly opened Bridgefoot Street Park in the Liberties in Dublin. We will also hear from Cork City Council’s Liam Casey about the new Marina Park along the river Lee.

Irish Architecture Foundation

About Established in 2005, the Irish Architecture Foundation (IAF) is an independent organisation dedicated to the promotion of architecture as culture. We encourage people to engage with their built environment, to inspire new ways of thinking about architecture. We truly believe architecture has the power to improve the way we live and how we think about our built environment. By bringing people together from diverse backgrounds and disciplines, we can create a more inclusive conversation that will inspire a better-built environment for everyone.
