Solax Film Club in collaboration with the Architecture Associaton of Ireland (AAI), SOME.WHERE is a three-day DIY film festival, with narratives of spaces that shape us. Over the course of three evenings, we’ll be screening films that explore the relationship between identity, culture, and the environments we inhabit.

Day 1 - October 18th: Talking About Trees – A poetic documentary about a group of friends trying to revive Sudan's dying cinema culture. €11.50

Day 2 - October 25th: The Wolf House – A haunting, horror and surreal stop-motion animation exploring isolation and memory through experimental visuals. + Creative Sessions Dublin short workshop using collage technique (post-film) €13.50

Day 3 - November 1st: Landless – A powerful documentary about rural workers fighting for their land and dignity in Brazil. €11.50

Bundle for 3 films: €30 (limited)

Each screening will begin at 19:15h with a brief intro to the film, followed by an audience post-film discussion facilitate by Solax Film Club.

This is a BYOB event, so feel free to bring along a drink or snack to enjoy during the screening.
