We are driven by creative voices focused on innovative use of art and citizen science to break through the status quo and consider new ways of living more – connected, healthy, sustainable, and resilient lives – in a rapidly changing environment.

This year’s Summer Solstice festival will be a 10 day series of events, panels and workshops to showcase the best of what Belfast has to offer in terms of making changes for the city across the themes of how We Eat, Live, Wear, Power, Waste and Travel.
Our previous solstice and equinox weekenders have welcomed thousands of people onto the Brink! site, to hear about the amazing projects and aspirations for our city, to learn new skills through workshops, and to have a party or two on the way. Join us for 10 days of challenging conversations, aspirational hopes, hands-on skills and cultural events to celebrate the start of your summer.
