Originally built in 1922, the historic landmark and a former department store, Clerys, has undergone a true transformation. Clerys has been refurbished and extended by Henry J Lyons, achieving LEED Gold. The building will host retail stores, offices, a hotel and leisure facilities.

Amongst many, some of the most notable restored features are the Tea Rooms, the staircases and, of course, the Clerys clock. While the new features, like the rooftop terrace, give it a modern feel.

Join us on Tuesday, 12 September for a tour and see the changes for yourself. Representatives from Henry J Lyons will give a presentation on the refurbishment process and a guided tour around the building.
